The following is a list of the Top-100 U.S. Government Contractors in FY 2022
ranked by the total amount of contract funds awarded.
In fiscal year 2022, the U.S. Government awarded a total of $692.3 billion in contracts
up 8.9% from $636.0 billion in FY 2021.
Of the $692.3 billion in total contract funds, $413.3 billion (59.7%) were awarded
by the Department of Defense (DoD).
In FY 2022, top awardee Lockheed Martin received $47.2 billion in prime contracts
or 6.8% of total contract funds awarded by the U.S. Government. Runner-up was Raytheon Technologies with $26.1 billion (3.8%)
followed by General Dynamics in third place with $24.5 billion (3.5%). Pfizer received $18.0 billion (2.6%)
followed by Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Optum, McKesson Corporation, Leidos, and Humana.
BAE Systems, #16 on the list, was the largest foreign U.S. government contractor in FY 2022.
